Een aanrader! Ik gebruik het nu ruim een maand en merk echt verschil. De eerste week voel je nog nauwelijks verschil, maar daarna werden mijn darmen zeker rustiger. En ik voelde me hierdoor ook beter in m’n vel zitten. Daarnaast zijn veel mensen in m’n omgeving afgelopen maand ziek/ verkouden geweest, en ik niet! Als ik wakker word neem ik het gebruik in, en dat blijf ik de komende periode ook zeker doen.
